All orders will be processed within 48 hours from the time they are placed, if that is not possible we will contact you by email.  Shipping charges will be actual, if there is a variation in cost from the automated shipping calculations of our shopping cart you will be notified in advance of that variation and asked to approve added funds if necessary.

If your item is damaged in shipping please keep all packaging as the shipper will ask to inspect it in some instances.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we ask that you return the item to us at your expense and we will refund you the purchase amount less any shipping and handling charges.
